New Fantastic 4 Movie Trailer!

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Hiya, Fluffsters!

So, this has been a very exciting week, movie-info-wise!

First, there was the announcement of Emma Watson playing in Disney’s Live Action Beauty and the Beast.

And then there was an epic trailer released for the new Fantastic 4 movie!

So, honestly, I’m going to slightly miss Ioan Groffudd as Mr. Fantastic. In part because his name is so… special. (Also in large part because he has an absolutely charming accent.) But I’m still very much looking forward to this new movie! I hope it lives up to its trailer!

Happy weekend!

Emma Watson’s going to be Belle!!!

Hello, Fluffsters!

Hmmm, Fluffy originally had something already for today? Oh well. Her post can wait.

Because, you see, there’s some BREAKING NEWS IN THE WORLD. Emma Watson (who played Hermione Granger, for those of you who don’t know) is going to be playing Belle in Disney’s new live-action version of Beauty and the Beast!!!

Now, this is relevant for two reasons.

  1. Emma Watson is playing Belle.
  2. Disney is releasing a live-action version of Beauty and the Beast.

I’m really hoping they do it in the same style as the stage-show! There are some wonderful songs in the show that aren’t in the movie, and it would be fantastic if they were included in this iteration!

So, yeah.

Happy Tuesday!

LOTS of Movie News

Greetings, readers!

Yesterday, there was a remarkably high volume of exciting movie news released.

First, the official name of the new Star Wars episode was released: Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

I am not sure what to make of the title. It sounds potentially dark, potentially bizarre, potentially bad, and potentially really good, all at the same time.

Second, and far more surprising, there was an announcement of Toy Story 4 coming out.

That is really surprising to me. Toy Story 3 was a brilliant ending, I thought. I do not know how the creators think they are going to meet, much less surpass, its brilliance.

Third, and not unexpectedly, a final trailer for The Hobbit (part 3) was released.

I am not entirely sure about it. The previous movie was a bit disappointing, I thought. And the previous trailer concerns me with its use of music from the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

On the bright side, this one at least used its own music. I think.

On the other hand, the music does not sound quite like traditional Middle Earth music.

I guess we will need to wait and see– for all of these movies.

I hope you have a great start to your weekend!
