Hiya, Fluffsters!

As you might be aware, the Oscars / Academy Awards ceremony-thingy was this past Sunday. And one of the songs up for “best original song” was “Everything is Awesome” from “The Lego Movie.” This song has a very special place in my heart, even though I haven’t yet seen the movie. You see, I was part of a group that went on a tour last year, and that song became our semi-official theme song.

You can hear a little bit of it from the beginning of the trailer:

But why am I sharing this? (Besides the little story from my life?)

BECAUSE THERE WAS A LIVE. PERFORMANCE. AT THE OSCARS. AND IT WAS AWESOME.

Heya, Fluffsters!

Happy Saturday! And Happy Valentine’s Day!

In honor of this, I have a cheesy valentine greeting, for everyone.

Thank you to every one of you who I have interacted with. Especially those of you who are friends and family, and have been encouraging in any way. And also to those of you who randomly encounter this post. I’m happy you found this blog!

I understand that Valentine’s Day might be hard for some of us, especially those of us who don’t have a “significant other” to celebrate with.

But you know what? You can still enjoy the day! Get your own celebratory stuff, and spend time with friends you haven’t seen. Or Netflix. That works too. But enjoy it. Love doesn’t have to be romantic. Call a relative or a dear friend. (Or a deer friend, if you have one of those and are into hunting or something.) But whatever it is, know that I also appreciate you.

And more importantly (sorry, “Christian-ese” ahead): God loves you. And nobody and nothing can beat His love.

And on that note, I’m going to give you my cheesy valentine.

2 Scary Valentines Ideas, in honor of Friday the 13th

Hello, Fluffsters!

It is both Friday the 13th, and the day before Valentine’s Day, and therefore the continuation of a series that TotalFluff is doing.

So, I’m putting together a brief list of Two Scary Valentines Day Ideas.

1) Glitter. Everywhere. Although I guess that’s slightly redundant, since glitter almost definitionally is everywhere.

2) Killer Rabbit Slippers. This is pretty much perfect. After all, it’s rabbit slippers. Fluffy rabbit slippers, and therefore excellent valentines. But, they’re also killer rabbit slippers. So, there’s that.
