Greetings, readers!
The Webmaster is leaving her hometown today, and therefore she might be unavailable to generate her posts for the next few days. In the event that I run out of material I wish to share (which is unlikely but possible) and she does not post anything, you now might understand why.
But I digress. For you, if I were to guess, are here for your daily dose of fluff.
Let the fluff begin!
Today’s fluff deals with the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy. (Yes, I do mean the more recent, Peter Jackson version– not the animated version from many years ago.)
As many of you are aware, these movies were widely appreciated. Fans of the books enjoyed them (except for Two Towers, or “the plot-derailment which shall not be mentioned”) as did lovers of well-done action/adventure fantasy movies. One of the largest audiences, however, were music lovers.
Well, music lovers, you are in luck. A center in New York City will be showing the trilogy… with a live orchestra playing. These Music of Lord of the Rings appreciation days will be occurring next year. Tickets are available now, and the event looks quite dramatic.
If any of you do attend, I want to hear about it.
