Make Your Headlines Better in 3 Easy Steps!

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Fluffy McGiggles’s Disclaimer: Even though I am the author of this post, I am still cringing at the use of Clickbait for a headline…

Greetings, readers! I hope this Thursday finds you in tolerable health.

Today, in part in response to yesterday’s post’s title, I have a few hints for how to make a title / headline better.

First, do not use click-bait titles.

Second, be sure they are accurate titles.

…And what is the third step?

There is no third step.

But, your title…

Is both click-bait, and inaccurate, thus beautifully illustrating the points I am working against.

Do you not agree, readers?

Summon Bigger Fish

Greetings, readers!

I believe that this blog mentioned Darths and Droids a while ago. If you missed that post, I would recommend that, if you enjoy Star Wars and / or Table Top Role Play Games you check it out. It is one of the funnier webcomics I have encountered.

Darths and Droids also sparked a YouTube song and video fan tribute. One of the jokes in Darths and Droids is that the characters do not understand the concept of “Jedi.” The characters try to cast spells. One of them is Summon Bigger Fish. Somebody appreciated that joke enough to write a song about “Summon Bigger Fish.” It is actually a slightly catchy song. Especially if you have reached that point in the webcomic, I suggest you listen to it.

The 50 states in Legos

Greetings, readers!

At first, I was uncertain as to whether or not this was a worthy item to share on fluff. Then I realized two things. First, if I was worrying about whether or not it was worthy, it was worthy. I think it is safe to say I will never find something too fluffy for this site, relative to the Webmaster’s tastes.

You’re absolutely right there…

Second, I came to the realization that although I object to this item for a few minor details, it is still well done.

Therefore, I present to you, “Lego scenes” that represent all 50 of the United States.

My issue with it is that it is not, strictly speaking, made entirely of legos. However, as I mentioned before, it is well done.

I hope you are having a good weekend.

New Hobby: Extinct Animal Hunting

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Greetings, readers!

I understand that today marks the beginning of a weekend for most of you. (You have my sympathies if it does not hearken a weekend.)

In light of that, and the time you will have, I offer up an apparent new hobby some on your world seem to have developed: Extinct Animal Hunting.

At the very least, I assume it must be a new hobby, since animal rights activists have been vocally against this activity, as demonstrated by various comments on Steven Spielberg’s picture with a no-longer-living triceratops.

If you do manage to figure out how this hobby works, please let me know?

Enjoy your weekend!

A dog from a dog

Greetings, readers!

I hope you are having a good week.

I came across something rather, ah, remarkable yesterday on the internet.

Someone posted a picture of their husky and what appears to be another husky. Except, it is not exactly what you think.

The person with the husky groomed the dog, and took its hair to “create” another miniature husky.

It is simultaneously remarkable, well done, and bizarre.

I hope your week ends well.

China is making Environmentally Friendly Towers

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Greetings, readers! I hope you are having a pleasant weekend so far.

I encountered a rather interesting article the other day, and I thought I would share it with you. It is perhaps not quite as fluffy as some things here, but it is difficult to out-fluff either the color scheme or the logo, so that is unsurprising.

The article in question discusses China’s new building project: An environmentally helpful set of towers. If it works out as it is supposed to, these buildings could be very interesting. Not only are the towers to be the two largest towers in the world, they will supposedly help clean the environment in the area. Especially given that China is home to some very polluted cities, supposedly, this is quite interesting news and technology. It would be interesting to inspect the technology more closely.

I wish you a happy Saturday.

Different Images of Beauty

Greetings, readers!

I hope that life on your world is going well.

Speaking of your world, I encountered a rather interesting article that illustrates different cultures’ perceptions of beauty. It is quite interesting.

What happened was that a young woman was curious about the topic. She therefore took a picture of herself, and sent it to photoshoppers around the world.

The results are quite interesting, as they show a variety of changes based on the culture.

I encourage you to check it out. It was interesting.

A (relatively) New AVByte Musical: Disney Villains

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Greetings, readers.

I have recently discovered that I missed a fun YouTube video for an entire month. Apparently YouTube decided to hide it from me… I will be talking to him about it later.

Regardless, here is a new musical movie from AVByte, inspired by the Disney Villains.

Enjoy.

The Center for “Selfie” Improvement- funny advertisement

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Greetings, readers.

The other day, I saw one of the most alarming, disturbing, and hilarious advertisements I have ever seen on YouTube.

I am not actually entirely sure who the advertiser is, since what the advertisement was talking about does not actually exist in reality, fortunately. The advertisement itself was worth watching.

It was an advertisement for “The Center for Selfie Improvement.”

Some of you may have already seen this advertisement. It supposedly is clearly aimed at the younger generation of your world.

It was quite amusing. It succeeds in mocking documentaries and selfie-takers, while at the same time not being offensive.

I especially appreciated the play on words, by having the center for “selfie” improvement, as opposed to “self” improvement.

Also, I rather appreciated how the advertisers successfully inserted some subtle tips for how to make “selfies” a bit more interesting. Lighting, pose, and interesting background were mentioned.

Who knows? Maybe the quality of “selfies” might actually improve because of this advertisement.
