Greetings, readers.

I am pleased to inform you that there has been an update concerning style-guides, and this particular realm. It is no longer necessary to capitalize the word “internet” when using the AP style-guide.

I hope you have a pleasant week.

ThinkGeek does Fun April Fools’ Pranks

Hiya, Fluffsters!

So, I’m a bit late on this. But that means you likely (hopefully) won’t mind “spoilers” for it.

You see, ThinkGeek does a fun April Fools’ prank every year. They offer “fake” items. This year was no different.

And they have a voteable list, for if you like some of the things they’re fake-offering, and they might develop it into a real item. They did that with the “technomancer” hoodie, after all…

So, yeah. I’m looking forward to seeing if they turn any of this year’s into real items you can buy!

Have a lovely Sunday!

Totally Pointless Website I Had Forgotten About

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Greetings, readers.

I recently re-encountered a rather odd, but surprisingly mesmerizing, website.

It is called “Cat Bounce.” It is a website where you can, I kid you not, bounce cats.

To use it, you click on a cat picture, and then release. The website does the rest. (Although you can reposition the cats as desired.)

Happy Saturday.

Sleep in a Box for $400!

Hiya, Fluffsters!

So. The Fluff I found yesterday is that somebody is sleeping in a box for $400 a month.

As in, paying $400 a month. To sleep in a box.

Yes, in San Francisco.

But still.

The sad thing? The box actually looks pretty comfortable. Can I get one for my home?

Happy Wednesday!

Notification Silliness

Hiya, Fluffsters!

Have notifications on various websites been annoying you recently? Because they have for me.

First, there’s the Netflix one. Like, Yes. I know there’s a new season of my favorite TV show available now. What do you think I’ve been doing with most recent hours of my life? WHY ARE YOU STILL TELLING ME ABOUT THE NEW SEASON?!

Similarly, Facebook. I’VE REPLIED TO THE “NEW COMMENT” ON MY POST ALREADY, even if I didn’t click the “notification” button. WHY ARE YOU STILL NOTIFYING ME?!

So, that’s more or less my life right now.

How about you?

Monday Mediocrity

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Hiya, Fluffsters!

I have no clue why, but the title came to me as I was thinking about writing this post. And I had no clue where the title came from. Or where to go with it. So, I’m just goin’ with it.

Anyways. Mondays are frequently associated with “bad” vibes. Or something.

I think it’s because that’s when people go back to work, and it’s the beginning of a long schlog. (Technical term, that, right?)

Anyways. So, I decided, instead of having Mondays be bad, in everything, why not strive for improvement, and have there be at least mediocrity in an area? And give Mondays permission to not be excellent, but to be merely mediocre instead?

Anyways, I think that today’s, for me, is spelling. I will do my best to be at least mediocre in my various notes, and teh spelling on this blog.

How about you?

Happy Monday!

Some Music for EASTER!

Note: If this is your first time to TotalFluff, please visit this brief explanation. Thanks!

Hi, Fluffsters!

HAPPY EASTER! THE LORD JESUS IS RISEN!

In honor of this Christian holiday, here are some great pieces to listen to:

A) The obvious one: Christ the LORD is Risen Today. One of my personal favorite arrangements is from the group “Glad”.

2) Another one, “Easter Song”, is also fairly obvious. Once more, “Glad” has done one of my absolute favorite versions of this.

And last, a favorite of mine from Rimsky-Korsakov: Russian Easter Overture. This one incorporates the tunes from some Orthodox Easter chants.

Enjoy! Happy Easter!
